Action Learning for Executive Development

The Client: A Mid-Size Manufacturing Organization

The Result:  Improved leadership behavior and team collaboration of a top management team

Project:  Designed action learning experiences for the executives of a global business. Activities included learning experiences in emerging markets, historical re-enactments of great leadership moments, group strategy development, future scenario development and expert speakers.  

Leadership Development and Organization Design

The Client:  A Global Manufacturing Organization 

The Result:  Increased sales, market presence and brand recognition in emerging markets

The Project:  Designed the job description and organization structure for a new global management team. Identified the skills inventory, experience, and behavioral profile for a unique business development position. Identified, assessed, selected and coached the new leaders.

Team Building/Work Process Improvement

The Client: A School Board and the Superintendent's administrative team

The Result:  Improved working relationships and mutual understanding between the board and the district admin team that aided in strategic plan development for the district.

The Project:  Used Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) results to illustrate differences in preferences for taking in information and making decisions among team members. Used interactive exercises to demonstrate.

The Project:  Conducted a culture and opportunity assessment of this privately-held company. Provided an analytical framework to prioritize new business ideas. Facilitated leadership team discussion and consensus-building.

The Client:  A Billion Dollar Global Business

The Result:  Achieved agreement on a vision, global strategies and an implementation plan for business renewal

The Project:  Engaged the top management team in real-time decision making by facilitating interactive strategy discussions; involved the entire organization through in-person and on-line feedback processes.


Multi-rater Feedback Implementation

The Client: A Family-owned Industrial Company

The Result: Established leadership development goals by identifying discrepancies between self, organizational evaluations and benchmark data of leadership skills and behaviors.

The Project:  As a member of the Board of Directors, over viewed use of the Denison Leadership Development 360° feedback process to assess management performance on 12 leadership skills. Data provided a basis for individual leadership development goals.
