Dr. Tracey L. Cantarutti

Tracey Cantarutti, founder, has over 20 years of business experience in leadership development, change management, global strategy and international marketing. Most recently, she held the position of Vice President and Director in a Fortune 100 company.  She is an innovative problem-solver committed to assisting top management teams and individuals to address performance improvement. She counsels individuals and executive teams on the development of transformational leadership skills and behaviors that improve leadership development. She honed her consulting experience as a founding member of a strategy consulting practice in a major accounting firm. Tracey has assisted clients in numerous industries and services in the development of organizational change strategies and leadership. 

Tracey has a clear understanding of the challenges organizational leaders face.  She has worked with numerous organizations to address issues including team performance, leadership development, cross-cultural management, change process management, and vision and strategy development as well as coaching and performance assessment. Consulting skills include surfacing the issues affecting team performance, facilitating discussion and consensus building, coaching, assisting with development of strategy and tactics and overseeing  implementation. Tracey holds a Ph.D. in Organization Development from Benedictine University, a Masters of International Management from Thunderbird, The Garvin School of Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish from the University of Illinois. She is currently an adjunct professor of management at Roosevelt, University and a Registered Organization Development Professional (RODP).


Sheila MB Griffin

Sheila Griffin has over 22 years of global business experience, most recently as Strategic Marketing officer at a multi-billion dollar electronics firm. Sheila has extensive experience in coaching individuals and teams, strategy and change management implementation. She is very active in educational leadership and local government. Sheila was a 2002 Fellow in the Lincoln Series for Excellence in the Public Sector.  In 1985 she was appointed by Governor James Thompson to the Board of Trustees of the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy as a founding board member and she has been re-appointed to the IMSA Board by all subsequent governors. She is the Past Chairman of the Board and is a long-term member of the Executive Committee of IMSA. In addition, Sheila was an affiliate of the MIT Media Lab where she had directed a recognized, successful corporate sponsorship for nearly a decade.

Sheila's expertise in creating start-up teams, relationship building, sponsorship marketing, and marketing research make her an ideal coach in these functional areas.  She received a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and her MBA in Marketing and in Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Nancy Lovendosk

Nancy Lovendosk has 25 years experience in the Human Resource, Organizational Development and Learning & Development fields.  In her most recent position, Nancy was a Human Resource Senior Manager for a Fortune 50 insurance and financial services firm.  She possesses a wide range of strategic and tactical knowledge in critical HR processes including leadership development/talent management, succession management, assessment and feedback, learning, diversity and performance management.  An experienced project manager, Nancy understands that managing the “big picture” is as important as managing the details and her projects are delivered accurately, on time and within budget.

 A key interest area for Nancy is the development of leaders utilizing 360 degree feedback.  An experienced feedback provider and coach, Nancy has provided insight to senior high potential leaders and assisted in crafting individual development plans to accelerate their development.  Nancy is certified in the Lominger Voices 2002 tool as well as in PDI’s PROFILOR. 

Nancy’s work in the design and project management of an enterprise-wide diversity curriculum for leaders and individual contributors won an American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) Best Practices award.  She holds a Masters Degree in Instructional Technology from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech from Rutgers University.  Nancy has held an adjunct faculty position at National-Louis University (formerly the National College of Education).  Currently, Nancy contributes her skills and expertise to a non-profit organization, SuperSibs, whose mission is to provide support to the siblings of children with cancer.
 

Jan Lohs

Jan Lohs has 20+ years of experience in marketing and organizational research. Jan helps organizations translate their business challenges into objectives, designs and executes custom research strategies, and interprets research findings to provide strategic guidance. Jan also applies her expertise to employee engagement and diversity studies. She is a seasoned business consultant who has helped numerous organizations position their brands, products, and services more profitably in highly competitive marketplaces.

Jan employs focus groups, individual depth interviews, immersion techniques, and ethnographic methods adapted to each company's needs. Jan stays abreast of emerging qualitative research protocols, actively tracks advancements in brain science to enable richer understanding of consumer motivations and continually applies new technologies in her work.

Jan's strong creative and innovative drives have made her a leader in the qualitative research community. Her roster of blue chip clients includes Fortune 100 companies as well as mid-sized organizations. Jan has published and/or presented on a number of qualitative research issues. She has a B.S. in Education from Illinois State University.

Susan Blachman Isaacson

Susan Isaacson has over 20 years of professional experience in the areas of strategy, marketing, business excellence and change management.  Most recently she was a Strategic Marketing Director for a Fortune 100 communications and electronics firm.  Her experience spans line positions in business management, marketing operations and market and product development.  She has held consulting roles in distribution channel management and marketing processes.  Her work has taken her to all regions of the world and she has served in a global capacity.

Susan’s reputation for progressive, creative thinking earned her the role of change agent in re-engineering the market and product planning process for a $4B business.  She also served as business excellence champion for market and customer facing processes, where improvements led to attainment of the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award for the business unit. 

Susan enjoys working with executives and teams in framing business issues and structuring analytical approaches to address them.   She is particularly skilled in guiding teams in the identification and evaluation of new business opportunities.   Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Urban Planning from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.
